Spanish law criminalizes Human Rights activists

Mr. Fernandez Diaz, Security Minister of Spain:

The Criminal Code provides a minimum sentence and remand for those who convene demonstrations that are considered "violent" online.

This Law breaches the Spanish Constitution and the following international treatries siged by Spain

The Spanish Goverment must ensure that people can protest peacefully, disseminate information and to criticize the governments regarding breach of Human Rights.

Old dictatorship laws were repealed 50 years ago does not mean more security for the Spanish, even for those who do not complain. It means an increase of the protest and conscientious objection to abuse who abuse the weakest of our society.

These reforms terrorize the population, and urges them not to protest and accept the loss of Fundamental Rights, which is driven from the financial markets, with the complicity of European institutions, international and Spanish.

It also criminalizes civil protest calling passive resistance as a "crime of integration in a criminal organization" which may be punishable by up to 4 years detention.

An unauthorized sitting in front of the Police may be classified as attack Authority: Provisional prison and up to 4 years in prison

Mr. Minister, do not turn off the fire with gasoline. Institutions are to defend our citizens against the powerful, not to help break the powerful dignity of people. If no arguments logical and reasonable, at least, read the following international treaties, which are violated by their reform, and whose foundation is the Kingdom of Spain denounced by Human Rights Violation.
